Problems and Fixes for the Message Board
Problem: The register link won't work!
Answer: One of the problems you could have with the message board is the register
link not working. Please clear your internet cache and cookies to make it work. For
information on clearing the cache on Internet Explorer go here:
Many problems can be fixed by clearing the cache. If you use another web
browser please email me at travis@barkleigh.com for links.
Other problems may be caused with spyware on Windows PC's. Please click this link
to fix spyware problems. Spyware does not usually effect Macs or Linux
systems.
Problem: My account won't work!
Answer: Another problem that you may have is your account not working correctly. Don't forget to respond and activate the activation email sent to you on account creation. Some spam blockers may block this email. Please check your bulk or junk mailbox or disable the blocks.
Problem: My account says my information is expired.
Answer: This is due to letting your account logged in for an extended period of time with inactivity. Simply just log back in.
Problem: How Do I Post a New Topic or Reply to a Message?
To post a new topic, click on the forum you would like to post in, eg. Questions.
Then after you have click on the forum you want, click the New Topic link at the top of that forum.
To reply to a message, find the message you would like to reply to. Click that message you want to reply to. Next, click the Reply link at the top of that message, or at the bottom of the message.
Problem: How do I Register (Sign Up) For the Message Board?
The Following Instructions Are the Same For All Message Boards
Groomer to Groomer Board, Off Lead Board, AMGA Board, IJA Board
1. Navigate to the message board you want to register to use. (Groomer to Groomer, Off-Lead, etc.)
2. Once you are at the message board, click the Register Link that is located in the upper right hand corner of the forum listings. There is also a register link at he bottom of the message board. Or, click Click Here to Sign Up for the Message Board link at the top of the message board.
3. Once you have click the link, follow the steps on the screen and complete your registration.
4. Be sure to respond to the verification email sent to you or you account may not work properly. Some spam blockers may block this email, so be sure to check your bulk mail or junk mail folder or just disable the spam blockers.
